Other Desert Cities playwright Jon Robin Baitz made a special trip to Vancouver for Wednesday’s Opening Night performance of his Pulitzer Prize-nominated play, making for an exceptional kickoff to our 50th season! The night began with an Artistic Director’s Circle reception hosted by the US Consulate in Vancouver, who graciously sponsored Baitz’s visit, followed by the performance (we hear he liked it!), and capped off with a party in the Stanley lobby where theatregoers mingled with the playwright and cast.
